The District 5-5A Championships were held today at Central Park in White Settlement, and it was a clean sweep for Aledo! All 4 teams won convincingly, with the JV Boys posting a perfect score of 15. All runners did an outstanding job on a challenging course. The Varsity Ladycats were led by Molly Garrison’s first place finish in a time of 18:37.64. Tyler Connelly led the Varsity Bearcats with a time of 15:57.87. The JV Ladycats were led by Holly Thomas, who clocked in with a time of 22:30.80. Finally, the JV Bearcats finished with the top 5 spots to claim a perfect score. They were led by Reed Murray, who finished with a time of 17:35.94.
